To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. We request customers to take photos of damaged or expired products and share them with us upon our request.
However, there are certain circumstances where returns are allowed but not refundable:
In cases where the package is unopened and the products are in original condition, we may offer a partial refund. The customer must inform us regarding the return, and the customer will be responsible for the shipment cost.
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
No refund requests will be entertained after 3 days from delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10-15 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@keralametalart.com.
To return your product, please mail it to support@keralametalart.com. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
